The Parks Trust hosts free autumn-themed open mornings at Howe Park Wood Education Centre during October half term, focusing on bats, spiders and fungi. Visitors can join the Outdoor Learning team and volunteers for indoor nature activities, then follow a self-guided trail through the woods. Sessions run 9:30am to 12:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, suitable for all ages.
