The captured cohorts meet for 75 minutes in Dance Studio A on the gym’s bottom floor: Friday 12-week cohort (Oct 2–Dec 18, with Oct 16 onward in this collection window), Friday eight-week cohort (Jan 8–Feb 26), and Monday eight-week cohort (Jan 11–Mar 1).
