About
A guided Exmoor walk visits Stoke Pero’s candlelit carol service, with refreshments afterwards and a return along the lane to Cloutsham Gate.
Led by Gill Campbell, the route leaves Cloutsham Gate at 15:00, crosses near Cloutsham Farm and Prickslade Combe, reaches Stoke Pero Church for its candlelit carol service, then returns to Cloutsham Gate after refreshments. A 1.5 mile self-guided road walk option is also described; the full guided route is about 2.5 miles. Easy walking with muddy patches; dogs on leads and children are welcome. Runs 15:00–18:00. Adults pay £5 if members or £8 if non-members; children free.
