An Evening with Satish Kumar

Satish Kumar shares his story of pilgrimage and activism at a fundraising evening in aid of the Resurgence Trust.

Satish Kumar, peace-pilgrim, former monk and founder of The Resurgence Trust, speaks on living as a pilgrim rather than a tourist — a way of life of contribution, frugality and living lightly. He will tell his own story, from his two-year walk for peace from India to America to decades campaigning for ecological regeneration and social justice. The two-hour in-person evening is a fundraiser supporting the Resurgence Trust's ecological and spiritual work in its 60th anniversary year.
