Pickleball Social: Clapham Social Play

Clapham social pickleball sessions bring experienced players together for doubles games, mixing in or rotating within the booked playing grade.

Public pay-and-play for adults aged 18+ at Harris Academy Clapham’s second-floor sports hall, with equipment provided and no membership fee. Sunday intermediate, advanced and improver bookings have the same 90-minute open-play format: two courts and up to ten players mixing in. Intermediate and improver players must know the basic shots, positions and scoring; advanced players must be at the advanced level and can contact the organiser if unsure. Thursday bookings run two hours, with up to five players per court rotating after ten-minute games. Intermediate and improver Thursday bookings require previous play and knowledge of the rules; the advanced-labelled Thursday booking covers intermediate and advanced players and additionally requires newcomers to this organiser to attend a coach-managed session first. That is an entry prerequisite, not a claim that this drop-in is coached. Beginners should book a course. Exact booking grade, availability and conditions remain attached to each native identity; a place on a waiting list is conditional.
