CMCAFS Conference 2026

A one-day conference on psychologically informed staff support in high-pressure care environments, with presentations and workshops.

Changing Minds Child & Family Services and the Centre for Psychologically Responsive Leadership host a day conference on supporting staff working in high-pressure environments with clients affected by trauma. Facilitated by clinical psychologists and partner organisations, the programme takes a whole-organisation cultural perspective, combining presentations and workshops on creating and embedding meaningful, psychologically informed staff support. The event runs seven hours and is aimed at people from varied sectors and backgrounds.
