An evening of original poetry, stories, songs and film by RAMH Wellbeing & Recovery College students and guests, part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival.
Students of RAMH North Ayrshire Wellbeing & Recovery College and invited guests share their original poems, songs and films at Harbour Arts Centre. The performers have worked with a singer-songwriter, a performance poet and a drama facilitator to express feelings, process trauma and build creativity, with finding your voice a key focus of the Recovery College. Hosted by Tracy Harvey, the evening forms part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival and runs for two hours.
