Fishing the Mind runs community fishing sessions at Newsham Park's boating lake on Monday 26 October and Thursday 29 October 2026, from 10am to 12pm. Bait and equipment are provided and a qualified wellbeing angling coach leads the sessions, which welcome all ages. Places can be booked by emailing hello@fishingthemind.org.uk.
