Monthly Seated Shiatsu Sessions

A monthly open clinic offering 25-minute seated Shiatsu sessions for back, neck and shoulder tension at the YHA Café in Edinburgh.

Shiatsu Hub, a group of Edinburgh Shiatsu practitioners, runs a monthly clinic open to everyone at the YHA Café in Edinburgh Central Youth Hostel. Visitors can drop in or book in advance for a 25-minute seated Shiatsu session aimed at easing tension in the back, neck and shoulders and lifting energy. Sessions run from midday to 5pm, and attendees can relax afterwards with a drink in the YHA Café.
