Rockhoppers, Let's Start Running

A friendly, inclusive beginner running session led by a qualified RunTogether coach in Greenhead Park, covering 0–5k at a gentle pace.

Rockhopper Running's Let's Start Running sessions are weekly coached runs meeting in front of the War Memorial in Greenhead Park. Led by qualified Run Leader Martin Wright, the hour-long sessions are aimed at mixed abilities, from complete beginners to athletes returning from injury or brushing up on technique. Runs cover 0–5k at a pace of 15–20 minute miles and are open to everyone.
