Marple 2026 Santa Dash

A family-friendly charity Santa Dash fun run in Marple, with participants in Santa suits raising money for local causes.

Organised by the Romiley and Marple Lions Club, the Santa Dash is a charity fun run for all the family, with participants dressed as Santas — suits are included in the registration fee. Registration opens at 9.30am with a warm-up at 10.45am, and the 1.7-mile marshalled route starts at 11am from Marple Sports Club and finishes at Dobbies; it is not a race and can be completed at your own pace. Funds raised support the local community, with charity partners Kidneys for Life and Oliver's Dragons, and junior dashers receive a small present at the finish.
