About
A monthly ceilidh at The Biscuit Factory with traditional Scottish dances called by the Reel Hoosewives Ceilidh Band, welcoming newcomers.
The Reel Hoosewives Ceilidh Band host a good old-fashioned ceilidh on the last Thursday of the month at The Biscuit Factory. Dancers can try traditional favourites including the Gay Gordons, Canadian Barn Dance, Dashing White Sergeant and Orcadian Strip the Willow, with the band guiding every dance and 100% gender-neutral calling. No previous ceilidh experience is necessary and newcomers are welcome; the first dance is at 20:30 and the event runs for three and a half hours.
