The Kent Christmas Cracker is a Christmas-themed running event at Betteshanger Country Park featuring a fast, flat two-lap 5 mile course on traffic-free tarmac, ideal for runners of all abilities chasing a pre-Christmas PB. Shorter options include a 2 mile fun run (one big loop) and a 1k out-and-back junior run. Runners are encouraged to dress as Santa, and the race raises funds for the housing charity Shelter, with bespoke medals, free photographs and trophies for leading runners included.
