Meet at Talacre Community Sports Centre from 19:00 for a 19:15 running start. Run leaders announce the available routes, distances and approximate paces each evening; newcomers should arrive for the announcements, ask for a suitable group and introduce themselves to its leader. The programme accommodates runners who can jog 5 km continuously. A £5 one-month temporary membership permits trying the club and is credited against a subsequent full membership.
