Mind in Harrogate District’s Mental Elf Festive Fun Run

A family-friendly festive 5K fun run at Conyngham Hall raising funds for Mind in Harrogate District's children and young people's mental health services.

The Mental Elf Festive Fun Run is a 5K event open to all ages and abilities, where participants can run, jog or walk, with festive fancy dress encouraged and a competition including a prize for the best-dressed dog. Registration opens at 9.30am, with pre-race atmosphere hosted by Your Harrogate at 10am, the fancy dress competition at 10.30am and the run starting at 11am. Participants are encouraged to fundraise alongside their entry, with no minimum target; the top fundraiser wins a pair of Brooks running shoes fitted at Up & Running in Harrogate. Last year's event raised £6,500 to support local mental health services including counselling and weekly drop-in support.
