It focuses on the experience and wellbeing of educators in practice, exploring how placement models, educator roles and learning approaches can adapt to system pressures, workforce demands and digital innovation. The programme includes keynote speakers, evidence-informed posters and presentations, and collaborative discussions, with refreshments and lunch included for in-person delegates.
