About

This afternoon session in Metanoia Institute's Meaningful Conversations series examines how professional communities can engage constructively with disagreement, focusing on conflict, rupture and dialogue within psychotherapy and counselling. Drawing on organisational psychology, systems thinking and relational perspectives, speakers John Higgins, Professor Megan Reitz and Silvia Baba Neal will explore how power, ethics, activism and institutional context shape whose voices are heard and how trust can be repaired. The event runs 2–5pm with 3 CPD hours available, followed by a networking reception at Metanoia Institute from 5pm.
