Weekly Monday Afro-Cuban dance academy sessions in Orishas and Rumba taught by Luanda Pau at Mulberry Sport Centre.

Luanda Pau's Monday academy runs a 10-week programme of Afro-Cuban dance classes, with separate 90-minute sessions in Orishas and Rumba that together fill the three-hour evening. Students can book the full term, take both Monday disciplines as a combined course, or pay drop-in rates per session. A Wednesday Afro-Cuban Lab and a discounted Full Academy package covering both days are also offered, with places secured by a £20 deposit via bank transfer.
