Pinocchio: Indefinite Articles

A carpenter's workshop becomes the world of Pinocchio in a witty puppet and shadow-theatre retelling about a puppet and his maker.

Steve Tiplady uses workshop objects to carve Pinocchio's story in front of the audience, turning brushes into a fox and saw shadows into a giant shark. Puppetry, illusion, original music and audience-led improvisation make each performance distinctive while exploring the puppet's wish to become a real boy and Geppetto's wish to become a father.
