The eight-metre-long embroidery chronicles the conquest of the British high street by Greggs' most treasured artefacts. Rendered in authentic medieval style, the six chapters chart the Sausage Roll’s journey through decades of cultural change. The piece was created in partnership with master atelier Hawthorne & Heaney.
