About

A half-term family programme explores how magic works through live science demonstrations, practical workshops and space-themed craft activities alongside the Centre galleries and planetarium.

Visitors encounter illusions and other surprising effects, then investigate the science behind them through live demonstrations, hands-on workshops and cosmic crafts. The seasonal programme runs from 17 October to 1 November 2026; its activities are included with standard Centre admission, which also provides access to the galleries and planetarium.
