Music Medicine (Spring Equinox)

An outdoor community singing and nature-connection session around the fire in Tallis Wood marking the Spring Equinox.

ARC wellbeing facilitators and musicians Eleanor Brown and Agnes Ashbell lead a seasonal Music Medicine session around the fire in Tallis Wood, marking the Spring Equinox on the Celtic Wheel. Participants are invited into community singing — folk, protest, pop and heart songs — with song books and hot drinks provided, while those who prefer can simply sit and listen. The session is alcohol- and drug-free, open to over-18s regardless of singing confidence, and lasts two hours.
