Relaxed early opening for families

An autism-friendly early opening hour at Wembley Library for children aged 3-15 with siblings, parents and carers, in a quieter, staff-supported environment.

Come and join us for a special autism-friendly hour at Wembley Library for children aged 3 to 15 years with their siblings, parents and carers. We're creating a welcoming and inclusive space for autistic children to enjoy the building along with other families who would also benefit from a quieter environment; staff are trained to provide a supportive environment. A quieter space is available for craft activities, and visitors receive a visual story in advance to help set expectations.
