Free weekly gentle Tai Chi sessions for all ages and abilities, seated or standing, at New Kingshold Community Centre.
CoCreate Hackney hosts free gentle Tai Chi sessions every Monday afternoon at New Kingshold Community Centre, led by Leaf Tai Chi in partnership with Aura Zenith. The sessions are designed for everyone, with all ages and fitness levels welcome, and can be done seated or standing so anyone can take part. Each session aims to improve posture, awareness and relaxation, running until 14 December 2026.
