A full-day beer brewing course at Birmingham Brewing Company where participants brew their own beer on a 100L pilot kit, with lunch and drinks included.
A full-day brewing course at Birmingham Brewing Company led by an expert brewer, combining talks on brewing science and technique with a guided brew on the 100L pilot kit. Participants choose a beer from the recipe book and are coached through the three-pot brewing process, with lunch, snacks and drinks included and cans of the finished beer sent afterwards. The day runs from around 11am to around 4pm and is kept small so instruction can be tailored to attendees' interests.
