The Hunger Games: On Stage
About
The world-premiere stage adaptation of Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games, running at the purpose-built Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre until February 2027.
A world-premiere theatrical adaptation of Suzanne Collins' novel, staged at the purpose-built 1,200-seat Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre and following Katniss Everdeen through the world of Panem. The production uses large-scale stagecraft, with the venue transforming around the audience, and seats the auditorium in themed districts. The run is booking to 14 February 2027. Runs 2 hours 30 minutes including a 20 minute interval. Age recommendation 12+; under-3s are not permitted in the theatre and latecomers may not be admitted. Closed captions are available at every performance on WatchWord Live smart glasses, bookable in advance at no extra cost, with tablets as an alternative. The production contains loud noises and explosions, haze and smoke, flashing lights and strobe, and depicts murder and manslaughter with references to death, grief and guilt. The venue publishes no performance times or calendar, so the individual performance clocks are not recorded here.
