Pony Grooming

A hands-on session at HAPPA's Shores Hey Farm where visitors learn to correctly groom a horse or pony with qualified staff.

HAPPA offers visitors the chance to learn how to correctly groom one of its resident horses or ponies, guided by the charity's qualified and experienced staff. The session runs from 11am to 3pm and costs £5 per person, with all proceeds supporting the care and training of the animals on site. Children must be aged four or over to take part and be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, and all participants must wear suitable footwear with no open-toe shoes.
