A festive Boxing Day sea dip at Whitstable Harbour in support of the town's volunteer RNLI lifeboat crew, with fancy dress encouraged.
Whitstable RNLI's annual Boxing Day Dip invites swimmers, families and spectators to the beach for a festive plunge into the sea in aid of the town's volunteer lifeboat crew. Participants check in from 12pm with the dip starting at 1pm, and fancy dress and festive outfits are encouraged. Juniors aged 5–15 may take part with a registered adult, and 16–17 year olds need parental consent. The Sea Scrub Sauna is free for attendees after their dip.
