The Story Of The Nativity

A theatrical retelling of the nativity story in which seven actors play more than 50 characters, from Mary and Joseph to giants, shepherds, kings and angels.

This stage production follows Mary and Joseph from the evening of their marriage, when Mary reveals she is pregnant after an angel's visit, through a journey featuring giants, shepherds, kings and angels, ending with a miracle and a nerve-racking escape. Seven actors use inventive storytelling techniques to portray more than 50 different characters. The performance runs for 90 minutes at Redbridge Drama Centre.
