Helensburgh Community Hub

A volunteer-run repair session where the public bring broken household items (not phones or laptops) to fix alongside repairers.

Helensburgh Repair Hub hosts a Restart Party where volunteers help visitors diagnose and fix a wide variety of household items, excluding phones and laptops. Participants are encouraged to back up their data, charge devices and bring leads, and to get involved in learning the repair themselves. Spare parts are not supplied, but volunteers can help source them, and visitors may return for a second visit to fit a part. The session is run by a collaboration between Jeans Bothy, Helensburgh Community Hub and Argyll and Bute Climate Action Network.
