The Cider Maker’s Table Tour is a one-hour experience hosted by Nick, who has worked behind the scenes with Jolyon at Napton Cidery for several years. It offers a detailed look at traditional and modern cider-making techniques, with plenty of time for in-depth questions and discussion. The experience also includes a guided walk through the cidery’s small orchard to learn about apple varieties and growing conditions, followed by a three-cheese platter featuring Cheddar, Red Leicester and Shropshire Blue.
