A speed wine tasting for hospitality operators pairing five wines with five short PechaKucha talks from restaurant industry leaders.

All Gravy and Storekit host a speed wine tasting for hospitality leaders at Humble Grape Fleet Street. Humble Grape's Head of Wine Carlos Santos introduces each of five pours, each paired with a ten-minute talk from an operator on topics including putting AI to work, expanding into new markets and keeping teams invested during growth. Speakers announced so far are Joe Read of Pizza Pilgrims, Tyler Rose of Dishoom and Harriet Weeraratne of Megan's, with canapés and charcuterie between rounds and time to network. The event runs from 6pm to 10pm, with the first pour at 6.30pm.
