Psychiatrist Professor Steve Peters gives an evening talk on understanding thoughts, emotions and behaviour at Nantwich Civic Hall.

Professor Steve Peters, drawing on decades of experience in psychiatry, leads an evening exploring why we think, feel and react the way we do. The session covers why thoughts and reactions can feel hard to manage, what influences our responses in the moment, and how greater self-awareness can help with stress, worry and everyday pressures. Doors open at 6pm, the session runs 7pm–8:30pm, and no prior knowledge of neuroscience, psychology or The Chimp Model is required.
