Conversations by IF: AI Triage

IF marks its 10th anniversary with a new conversation series, opening with a discussion on the responsible use of AI triage in public services.

To celebrate its 10th year, the organisation IF is launching a series of conversations on emerging technology and trust, with the first session exploring 'AI triage'. The discussion examines when generative AI can responsibly improve outcomes in public services, when human interaction is needed, and whether people always know when they are talking to an AI rather than a person. Speakers Imogen Levy (Chief Digital Officer, RSPCA, previously NHS England) and Lingjing Yin (Head of Product, Royal Borough of Greenwich Council) bring experience from the NHS, local government and the charity sector. The evening includes drinks and snacks.
