Poetry's A Drag

A friendly poetry workshop followed by an open, supportive performance session, forming part of a triple-bill night at The Dragonfly Lounge.

Poetry's A Drag invites anyone curious about poetry to step into the spotlight, with heels optional. The evening begins with a relaxed, no-experience-needed poetry workshop, followed by an open performance session where participants share what they create. Organisers promise laughter, glitter, bold ideas and tender moments in a welcoming, pressure-free atmosphere. It forms part of a triple bill that also includes a Drag Race viewing party and a new talent night.
