Get Research and Evaluation Support from UCL Students through Research Volunteering!

A free afternoon clinic where community organisations work with UCL trainee research consultants to turn research, evaluation and data needs into practical project briefs.

Hosted by the Community Research Initiative (CRIS), this free interactive session helps community organisations shape research, evaluation and data challenges into clear project briefs. Participants work with trainee research consultants on topics such as measuring impact, gathering user feedback, strengthening funding evidence and using existing data, with no prior research experience required. After the session, CRIS refines the briefs and promotes them to UCL students via its volunteering programme, with projects expected to start in early 2027.
