Networking Training: For People Who'd Rather Do Anything Else

A full-day, in-person workshop run by Susi Castle of Anders & True teaching mid-career professionals to network through live practice rather than scripts.

Anders & True runs this small-group (12 places max), full-day workshop aimed at people around seven to fifteen years into their careers. Rather than rehearsed pitches or scripts, participants work through self-limiting beliefs and practise live skills such as breaking into conversations, exiting gracefully and calming nerves, in a psychologically safe setting. A 45-minute one-to-one preparation video call with host Susi Castle takes place beforehand to tailor the content, and lunch is provided on the day.
