A monthly self-care Saturday for mothers and carers of children with SEND, with peer support and a gentle yoga session at Meraki Elland.
Self-Care Saturdays at Meraki Elland offer mothers and carers of children with SEND a chance to vent, chat, share ideas and support one another in a non-judgmental space. The two-hour session includes a hot or cold drink in a private area plus a gentle yoga and wellbeing session with a trained facilitator in the serene cafe. There are stairs to the yoga studio and the event is adults-only.
