About

A guided Hayman’s distillery visit combining family history, botanicals, distillation and a tasting of three gins.

The 75-minute experience begins with a welcome G&T or seasonal cocktail, then explores five generations of Hayman gin-making, botanicals and the two-day distillation process before a tutored tasting. Each session is capped at 20 guests and includes 15% off in the distillery shop.
