Mid Tartraven Farm reopens its Pick-Your-Own Pumpkin Patch for a weekend of autumn activities on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October. Visitors can choose from more than 300 homegrown edible and gourmet pumpkins, browse a market garden stall of seasonal produce including Scottish venison, lamb and beef, and meet Pumpkin the farm's Highland cow. There are also treasure trails, straw bale adventures and photo opportunities, with homemade soups, Burnhouse burgers, cakes and drinks served from the farm's Pop Up Kitchen. Numbers are limited and the event showcases the farm's chemical-free, regeneratively farmed produce.
