About
Two elderly sisters turn into flesh-hungry monsters after opening a birthday gift from their estranged nephew, forcing their gathered family into a fight for survival.
This 1988 comedy-horror sees a country house birthday celebration descend into chaos when a cursed present transforms the aged guests of honour into ravenous creatures. Directed by Emmanuel Kervyn, the film blends gore with knowing humour as the family battle their own grannies. Catherine Aymerie and Caroline Braekman lead the cast.
