Matt Walton Sound hosts an immersive sound bath inside Hull Minster, whose scale and acoustics allow the sound to fill the space and surround participants. The hour-long session features drum, crystal bowls and chimes, intended to ease stress, calm the mind and release tension. No experience is needed; attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat and anything for comfort such as blankets and pillows.
