A Wessex Water community drop-in session where customers can get help with billing and other water queries in person.

Wessex Water holds community drop-in sessions at libraries and community venues across its region, where customers can ask questions about bills, accounts and water services in person. Staff are on hand to help with billing enquiries, and anyone with a billing query is encouraged to bring a recent bill or customer number. Adjustments for accessibility can be requested in advance by email.
