About

A theatre and music performance revisits composer Muriel Herbert’s life and work, imagining the creative possibilities that might have shaped her career.

This one-hour, no-interval performance explores the life and music of composer Muriel Herbert (1897–1984), whose composing was curtailed by the demands of marriage and motherhood. Theatre and music bring her work to new audiences through a collaboration led by Alice Knight and Cherry Ge.
