The course uses real-life situations raised by the group to explore practical parenting strategies. Published topics include self-care, boundaries, discipline, play, labels and emotions. It is for parents with children aged 0–18; registration is required and a crèche is available if needed. The current published run is Thursdays from 1 October to 10 December 2026, 10:00–12:00, at The Winch.
