Call to the Bar | Michaelmas 2026

Four Middle Temple ceremonies call new barristers to the Bar, with a reception after each ceremony.

The four published Michaelmas ceremonies take place in Middle Temple Hall on 25 and 26 November. Each ceremony lasts approximately 40 minutes and is followed by a reception (approximately until 15:00 for the afternoon sessions and 20:00 for the evening sessions). Callees sign in one hour before the ceremony. Access is for callees; guest tickets are limited and must be requested in advance. Ticket price is not stated.
