Hosted by leadership coach Kate Rainford-Foakes, this morning event brings together four female founders — Harriet Hastings (Biscuiteers), Steph Douglas (Don't Buy Her Flowers), Nadia Simonds (Lune & Wild) and Sally Lovett (Stretching the City) — to discuss starting, building and growing a business on your own terms. It opens with a 45-minute panel conversation and quick-fire Q&A covering getting started, making it pay, choosing growth, trade-offs and changing direction, followed by guided small-group discussions and relaxed networking over coffee. Children are welcome, with toys and colouring provided.
