Marlborough Ecstatic Dance Live Drums & Cacao: Winter Solstice

An over-18s ecstatic dance evening with cacao ceremony, live drums and a mini sound bath marking the winter solstice.

Alison of Just BE Sound and Movement Therapy and multi-instrumentalist Will KS host a winter solstice celebration combining a cacao ceremony, guided centring practice and an ecstatic dance journey to live drums. The evening opens with silent entry and meditation from 6.50pm, moves into a cacao circle with gratitude and intention-setting, then a free-form conscious dance with an eclectic music mix, closing with a mini sound bath, fruit and optional socialising. The session is alcohol- and drug-free, danced barefoot or in grip socks, and lasts around two hours 45 minutes.
