Viva Las Vegas

A racing hopeful arrives in Las Vegas chasing Grand Prix glory, but romance with a pool manageress and rivalry with a fellow driver threaten both his fortune and his chances on the track.

This 1964 musical comedy-romance follows Lucky Jackson, a driver who must earn the money for a new engine before the big Las Vegas race, only to lose both his cash and his focus after falling for a charming pool manageress. Directed by George Sidney, the film stars Elvis Presley and Ann-Margret, whose chemistry drives the story alongside songs and slapstick rivalry with womanising racer Elmo Mancini. A lively blend of music, romance and comedy set against the glitter of the Vegas strip.
