About
A book launch panel examines how the UK’s post-Brexit regulatory freedom has been used or constrained across constitutional and policy areas.
The book launch brings together contributors to an edited volume on the UK’s post-Brexit regulatory framework. The panel considers how parliamentary, executive and devolved powers have been used, where domestic policy has chosen to limit divergence, and how bilateral commitments constrain or shape new regulatory choices across services, digital regulation and migration.
